The ENERGUS team is happy to have the opportunity to contribute to the innovative 12 thousand. kv. m. business center Saltoniškių st. 7, Vilnius installation. A contract for the design and installation of electrical networks and process control-automation works has been signed with the general contractor UAB Mitnija. Danske Bank’s Global Service Center (GSL) will be located in these premises. The building will meet the requirements of energy efficiency class A and the criteria of a “green” building, the prestigious BREEAM certificate. These certificates mark the buildings with the lowest environmental impact throughout their life cycle. The building will not only intertwine the latest architectural solutions, but also complex heating, ventilation and irrigation. Cooling systems, state-of-the-art electrical and automation control systems, a tenth of the electricity will come from renewable energy sources – solar energy, photovoltaics will be installed on the roof, new cycle paths will be widened and installed around the building, and 11 electric car charging points will be installed in the building. the business center will employ about 900 people after its installation.
